Business & Tech Transformation – Consultant(e)
Le/La business analyst travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le/la chef(fe) de projet afin d’accompagner les clients sur leur stratégie business ainsi que sur la gestion de projet.
Vos Responsabilités:
Analyser et documenter les besoins opérationnels et identifier des solutions adaptées ;
Identifier les différents projets clients, définir les catégories de clients ainsi que leurs caractéristiques ;
Mener des interviews pour recueillir les besoins (questionnaires, sondages, visites sur site…) ;
Analyser et vérifier la complétude, la cohérence, la compréhension, la faisabilité et la conformité des exigences recueillies.
Votre Profil:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Master d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs ;
Vous disposez de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou d’une expérience pertinente au Luxembourg ;
Une expérience sur la Power Platform est un atout ;
Vous êtes capable de fournir un travail de qualité constante tout en respectant des délais serrés dans un environnement dynamique ;
Vous êtes fluent en français et en anglais ; l’allemand est un fort avantage ;
Vous maîtrisez Word, Excel et PowerPoint ;
Vous êtes proactif(ve), orienté(e) client, rigoureux(se), et doté(e) d’excellentes compétences de présentation et de communication.
