Substance Use Disorder Program Manager

The Behavioral Health Program Manager position will work as a key member of GLBHC's Behavioral Health Department leadership team and will strive to uphold the organization's mission and vision goals. The Behavioral Health Program Manager will coordinate clinical programming for assigned program’s (child/adolescent, adult, or substance use disorder) behavioral health services, ensuring quality of care as well as compliance with recognized standards and regulations. This position will provide knowledge, structure, support and clinical/administrative supervision to departmental staff. This position combines clinical and management duties, and directly supervises licensed clinicians and other program staff.
