SUMMARY: Directly supervises employees and activities in the Maintenance of Way Department   RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of both the maintenance and repair activities surrounding the Maintenance of Way functions   Interfaces with other departments to ensure efficient and organized operations of the railroad  Manages and ensures department meets its track, signal, and capital projects service goals  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws   Lead, direct and manage the day-to-day activities of the Region's M/W Department Responsible for the hourl
