Job Description
Summary The Vice President, Engineering (Region) provides executive leadership for all engineering functions within the assigned Region, including Track, Bridges/Structures, and Communications & Signals (C&S). This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant railroad infrastructure by leading regional maintenance programs, engineering standards execution, capital planning, workforce development, and regulatory stewardship. Works closely with Operations, Safety, Mechanical, and Public Projects/Utilities to deliver high‑quality infrastructure and operational performance.
