Job Description
As the premium provider of drinking water and water treatment services for the greater part of a century, Hall’s Culligan continues to innovate and expand our business nationwide by offering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer backed by our superior Culligan service.
The Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for owning, standardizing, and reinforcing Culligan’s sales process across their region. This role is dedicated to developing high-performing Bottle-Less Cooler (BLC) sales reps through structured onboarding, certification, and in-field coaching-throughout the OH/MI/TN regions.
This is not a traditional management role; instead, this position is focused on training excellence, behavior replication, and accelerating rep performance across all markets.
