Production Supervisor - Machining

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates all work activities and resources for the machining and assembly of landing gear components. Our group of supervisors assign personnel to stations or tasks and prepare their work schedules. They monitor processes to make sure that the employees are carrying out their tasks correctly. It is their responsibility to monitor the whole manufacturing process and ensure adherence to our production schedule.
