Senior Site Planning Manager

Hillwood Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our growing team at AllianceTexas in North Fort Worth. The Manager will support all aspects of the land development lifecycle, with a focus on entitlement, mixed-use planning, infrastructure planning, and execution. This individual will play a key role in guiding projects through municipal approvals, supporting acquisition due diligence, and coordinating across internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality, well-executed commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in land development, planning, or civil engineering, with a proven ability to manage complex processes, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
