Job Description
The Holman Temp Labor Supervisor is responsible for training team members to safely and efficiently perform RFT operations across all lines and functions. This role is accountable for ensuring trainees understand and properly execute all assigned job duties. The supervisor works closely with employees and leadership to support attendance, engagement, scheduling, and safety initiatives.
