Warehouse Supervisor

The Supervisor directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of Team Members to ensure they accomplish goals of the customer’s business, consistent with established operational and safety procedures. The Supervisor works directly with Hills staff to ensure on time delivery of all shipments and to ensure all Hills metrics are maintained. The Supervisor supports activities on the shipping/receiving docks and warehouse operations, including the coordination of personnel and ensures all personnel adhere to company policies/procedures, quality standards and inventory control processes.
