Job Description
Your Tasks:
- Perform aeroelastic load calculations for wind turbines in accordance with IEC 61400‑1, ed.3 & 4
- Conduct stability analyses using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Develop, validate, and optimize simulation models for various turbine platforms.
- Prepare technical documentation for certification processes and interface with certification bodies.
- Analyze simulation results, identify design-driving load cases, and provide engineering recommendations.
- Develop scripts and tools in MATLAB to improve simulation workflows and data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including aerodynamics, control engineering, structure, and systems engineering.
- Experience in wind turbine component load requirements preferred (blade, tower/foundation or drivetrain)
Your Profile:
- Master in Mechanical Eng., Civil Eng. or Physics
- 5+ years experience in similar roles/functions
