Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or Software as a Service solutions. This includes managing the configuration, overseeing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of packaged or Software as a Service applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, development, and optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform stability and performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and release management processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
