Customer Accounts Representative (f/m/d)
with fluent German language skills
What to expect:

The Customer Account Representative provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax.

Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible.

Provides account information to customers.

Reconciles customer account information.

Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department.
What we are looking for:

Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.

Fluent German and English language skills, written and verbal; Italian or French language skills beneficial.

Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.

Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments.

Works with initiative.
