二、任职资格
教育程度：大专及以上学历
工作经验： 三年以上车间生产管理工作经验
专业技能要求： 熟悉本车间的生产过程、生产能力、工艺流程；
能力要求：具备较强的生产管理能力，较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等；
其他特殊要求：
*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

对内：生产车间、物流、质量、ME、PE、世界级制造、安全
对外：无
四、主要岗位职责
1．落实车间管理制度
1）在计划、布置、检查、总结、评比生产工作中，必须同时把安全工作贯彻到每个具体环节中去，做到安全生产经常化、具体化；
2）参与编制车间管理内部管理制度编制并监督执行；
2．执行生产计划
1）编制车间的生产计划及日排程、需求计划；
2） 向车间经理汇报生产任务的完成情况、及时汇报发生的异常情况参与异常处置；
3） 参与生产数据统计报表、组织物料盘点，分析处理生产数据、盘点异常；
4） 负责建立在制品和低值易耗品台帐并监督管理异常；
3．设备维护
1） 监督设备日常保养与维护的自查工作；
4． 车间现场管理
1）参与编制车间安全管理办法；
2）参与安全隐患的排除、及时车间经理如实报告安全事故并参与处置；
3）参与编制“5S”检查制度、监督制定的执行并持续改善；
5．遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作；
6. MAFACT管理
1） 支持车间Mafact运行工作，监督班组执行状况
2） 进行分层审核
3） 现场先进先出管理
4） 驱动现场持续改进
5） 执行其他MAFACT条款要求
7．领导交办的其他业务
1）车间临时性的管理事物；
2）车间经理授权的事物；
