Job Responsibilities:

二、任职资格

教育程度:大专及以上学历

工作经验: 三年以上车间生产管理工作经验

专业技能要求: 熟悉本车间的生产过程、生产能力、工艺流程;

能力要求:具备较强的生产管理能力,较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等;

其他特殊要求:

*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

对内:生产车间、物流、质量、ME、PE、世界级制造、安全

对外:无

四、主要岗位职责

1.落实车间管理制度

1)在计划、布置、检查、总结、评比生产工作中,必须同时把安全工作贯彻到每个具体环节中去,做到安全生产经常化、具体化;

2)参与编制车间管理内部管理制度编制并监督执行;

2.执行生产计划

1)编制车间的生产计划及日排程、需求计划;

2) 向车间经理汇报生产任务的完成情况、及时汇报发生的异常情况参与异常处置;

3) 参与生产数据统计报表、组织物料盘点,分析处理生产数据、盘点异常;

4) 负责建立在制品和低值易耗品台帐并监督管理异常;

3.设备维护

1) 监督设备日常保养与维护的自查工作;

4. 车间现场管理

1)参与编制车间安全管理办法;

2)参与安全隐患的排除、及时车间经理如实报告安全事故并参与处置;

3)参与编制“5S”检查制度、监督制定的执行并持续改善;

5.遵守与执行体系要求

1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作;

6. MAFACT管理

1) 支持车间Mafact运行工作,监督班组执行状况

2) 进行分层审核

3) 现场先进先出管理

4) 驱动现场持续改进

5) 执行其他MAFACT条款要求

7.领导交办的其他业务

1)车间临时性的管理事物;

2)车间经理授权的事物;
