Quality Manager

The Manager of Quality Assurance is a hands-on leader with strong expertise in manufacturing quality control and systems. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving product quality performance for advanced ceramic products while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive effective solutions. This position works independently and collaboratively to investigate complex issues across electrical, mechanical, R&D, and prototype areas. It also leads internal audits, maintains quality controls, and delivers clear, timely summaries of findings to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
