GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The R and D Senior Engineer is responsible for the design and/or development of new or modified products using the methods of technical research, project planning/resourcing, material screening, experimental design (DOE), simulation and product transition to create sustainable and profitable product lines. They act as a technical liaison providing troubleshooting and technical support for projects related to the development of new products, materials, and designs. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
