LSF is seeking a talented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building a talent pipeline for all current and future hiring needs of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, source and screen active and passive candidates for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in developing a comprehensive, inclusive, and data driven sourcing strategy focused on both passive candidate recruitment and active candidate recruitment, utilizing a talent intelligence approach to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and the organizations values proposition to develop customized sourcing strategies that are creative and innovative.
