Breakfast Attendant

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Summary

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the complimentary breakfast area while providing friendly and attentive guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast items according to brand standards.

• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation.

• Replenish food and beverage items throughout service.

• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, tables, and equipment.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Properly store food items and rotate inventory (FIFO).

• Break down and clean breakfast area after service.

• Assist with light kitchen prep and ordering supplies as needed.

• Provide welcoming and professional guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.

• Ability to work early morning shifts (including weekends and holidays).

• Strong customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Standing for extended periods.
