Provides clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Community Resources Program. Provides direct clinical supervision to program therapists to ensure quality of service and provides administrative oversight to ensure the proper functioning of the programs at an OMHC site according to the standard of The Joint Commission, accurate authorization for insurance payment and adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures. Ensures collection of all data required for all internal or external reporting. You will also have your own caseload of clients.
