Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Support analyst to join our Order Desk team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of complex sales requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in alignment with internal procedures and SLAs. You will act as a key point of contact for high-impact or non-standard requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, pre-sales, finance, and delivery to resolve issues and drive results.
