Supervisor, Space Systems Engineering

The Supervisor will participate in the management of recruitment, development, engagement, and retention, as well as succession planning within their team. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Manager in other aspects of the service's activities, such as the development of the technological roadmap, continuous improvement, modernization of engineering practices, and customer satisfaction. They will support the adoption of next-generation engineering tools, techniques, and procedures to increase the organization's competitiveness.
