House Supervisor | Nursing Administration, Part-Time (Every other weekend - Day Shift)

Acts as house-wide Supervisor. Commits to being a resource to all departments to assist with coordination of care to patients from one level of care to another. Collaborates with Nurse Executive, leaders , hospital personnel, and other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Assesses, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care; reports significant events such as near misses, adverse events, patient/family complaints, and any situation that affects the safe delivery of patient-centered care; round with team members on the unit, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
