Pay range: $53,414 - $80,142 annually, based on experience.

DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY: The Identity and Access Management team manages the account life cycle for all users of St. Charles systems, provisioning both IT access and badge access to physical locations; the team updates and modifies accounts on demand as users' roles evolve over time, from onboarding to off boarding.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Identity Management Analyst II at St. Charles Health System is responsible for the provisioning of new and current Caregiver access working under established guidelines, policies and protocols, this position ensures the proper access to all types of enterprise applications and data communications systems and services for each user of St. Charles Health System IT resources. This position does not directly manage any other Caregivers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

Responsible for the provisioning of access for new and current caregivers; this includes the process of creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts to various systems, ensuring the right level of access at the right time.

Provides customer support and tier 2 support for end user community.

Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of provisioning and fulfillment of access requests for IT primary services.

Serves as an escalation path for troubleshooting moderately complex access issues.

Works independently to provision access to moderately complex systems in a timely, highly-accurate fashion, taking direction from senior team members, supervisor, manager or director.

Performs multiple tasks simultaneously, completing assigned tasks on time.

Supports the vision, mission and values of the organization in all respects.

Provides and maintains a safe environment for caregivers, patients and guests.

May perform additional duties of similar complexity within the organization, as required or assigned.

EDUCATION:                 

Required: High school diploma or GED required.          

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.   

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:

Required: N/A  

Preferred: N/A 

EXPERIENCE:

Required: A minimum of two years IT provisioning or Identity Management experience is required.          

Preferred: Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, service delivery processes, clinical practices, and inpatient or outpatient operations.  Understanding and working knowledge of provisioning principles (e.g. role-based access, request processes).  Experience with reacting to end user / business requests.  Four years of experience in a distributed computing environment, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred.          

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Continually (75% or more): Sitting, keyboard operation, use of clear and audible speaking voice and the ability to hear normal speech level.

Frequently (50%): Standing, lifting 1-10 pounds, grasping/squeezing.

Occasionally (25%): Bending, reaching overhead, carrying/pushing or pulling 1-10 pounds.

Rarely (10%):  Walking, stooping/kneeling/crouching, climbing stairs.

Never (0%):  Climbing ladder/step-stool, lifting/carrying/pushing or pulling 11-50 pounds, operation of a motor vehicle, ability to hear whispered speech level.

Exposure to Elemental Factors

Never (0%):  Heat, cold, wet/slippery area, noise, dust, vibration, chemical solution, uneven surface.

Blood-Borne Pathogen (BBP) Exposure Category
