Bilingual Passenger Service Lead

Under limited supervision operates as a team member and actively assist other staff members in their duties to ensure quality customer service is delivered to all passengers while maintaining the policies, standards and safety requirements of the client airlines and the Company and is able to serve as backup to Supervisor.
