Quality Control Reviewer I

PLUS, DIFFERENTIAL PAY DEFINITION Under the immediate supervision of a higher-level officer, this is entry level investigative work that reviews and verifies case data for income maintenance programs in selected cases to determine accuracy and timely delivery of services. Work involves regular monthly reviews of randomly selected cases processed to ensure compliance. Work is reviewed upon completion for accuracy and compliance with applicable rules, regulations procedures and reporting requirements.
