Job Description

Position Summary:

Monitor the production of assigned shift for production operations. Maintain production balance within operations so workflow is efficient throughout distribution center. Communicate any production flow issues to supervision in a timely manner. Role model and demonstrated the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Review specific shift orders and made necessary adjustment to pick stations
    • Review and identify high volume items to prevent scratches
    • Assign work authority and vehicles for the shift
    • Assign staging lanes, carriers, trailers and doors to all routes
    • Assign waves based on shifts resources and scheduled pull times
    • Release production on the floor
    • Verify all orders have been routed and waved for the shift
    • Verify the status of the routes throughout the shift
    • Work with shipping office to reroute product as needed
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
    Desired Previous Job Experience
    • 3-5 years in distribution center site with exposure to production roles
    • Working knowledge of various software systems and screens used at site
    • High school education or equivalent
    Minimum Position Qualifications:
    • 2 years of warehouse experience
    • Organizational, time management
    • Customer service skills
    • Strong computer skills, ability to learn and apply new systems and software
    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal of supervision
    • Ability to work in stressful setting, meet deadlines, adapt to changing conditions
