Job Description
Pay: $135,000-150,000 annually, DOE. Lead and direct the philanthropic funding objectives of assigned region. Team with regional Board of Directors, local and national leadership, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward support from various sources; corporations, foundations, workplace giving campaigns, government funding, faith-based funding, and major individual donors ($1,000+) at the regional level. Manage and mentor regional fundraising and administrative staff. Coordinate the development of the departmental operating and capital budgets and monitor actual to budget performance. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
