Area Director Property Operations - San Francisco Bay Area

Pay: $115,00-126,00/salary. Area Director provides operational oversight for properties within the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with operating standards policies. Will lead and support site‑level management teams while partnering cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure consistent execution of essential operational functions. Performs additional responsibilities as directed by leadership. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
