CCBHC Psychiatric Prescriber

Provides psychiatric evaluation and on-going medication management to adults, older adults, and/or children and adolescents experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance misuse and abuse. The Psychiatric Prescriber will work with a diverse population of patients presenting with a variety of mental health and substance abuse conditions including dual diagnoses in a community mental health and Certified Community Mental Health Clinic (CCBHC). The position may be fully remote or provided in office based on the patient’s needs. Duties and responsibilities include completion of psychiatric evaluations, on-going medication management, Medication Assisted Recovery, service documentation, and case consultation.
