Mental Health Practitioner/Social Worker/Counselor- Serving DuPage/Kane/Kendall/Grundy Counties

The Mental Health Practitioner/Social Worker/Counselor position works within a multidisciplinary team using a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide a range of office, community, and homebased services to clients across the lifespan. May carry separate administrative responsibilities. Works with diverse staff and service population.
