Salary: $21.15/hour

Job Duties:

Responsible for auditing the personal property records of over 24,000 businesses and adjusting the assessed value of the accounts accordingly; answers questions as related to business personal property.
Ensures every active account is assigned an assessed value.
Responsible for receiving and responding to taxpayer inquiries.
Processes large amounts of paperwork in compliance with deadlines established by various Government entities and by the Director of Assessment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
One year of experience in personal property appraisal, accounting, auditing or related fields.
Must possess/maintain a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen test/background check.
