Role Overview
You will play a key role as a Project Manager for data center and logistics development projects in Hokkaido, a rapidly growing and dynamic market. You will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Experience in overall schedule management
- Experience in quality control in construction
- Experience in safety management at construction sites
- Experience in developing construction schedules
- Strong information‑gathering skills (communication skills)
- Strong meeting facilitation skills
主な業務内容
・プロジェクトの計画立案から実行・完遂までの統括管理
・全体スケジュールの策定および進捗管理
・建設における品質管理の推進
・施工現場における安全管理の監督
・施工工程（スケジュール）の作成および最適化
・関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じた情報収集ならびに課題解決
・会議のファシリテーションおよび関係者との合意形成
