AR Group is looking for an exceptional commercial leader to unlock and scale our international, underdeveloped markets and channels.

The Role

  • Lead expansion into new international markets

  • Identify and develop high-growth, underutilized sales channels

  • Build and manage multi-channel distribution strategies (retail, e-commerce, travel retail, marketplaces, distributors, etc.)

  • Establish and scale local partnerships and commercial structures

  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong brand positioning

Who You Are

  • Proven track record in international expansion within beauty or adjacent sectors

  • Deep experience managing multiple sales channels across regions

  • Commercially sharp with a strong entrepreneurial mindset

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments

  • Able to balance strategy and execution
