Area Director of Revenue

The Area Director of Revenue is responsible for implementing revenue management objectives across Hawks Cay Resort and The Sanderling Resort. This role focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability through strategic rate and inventory management across all market segments. The Area Director will actively oversee pricing and distribution of inventory across all channels, support property teams in analyzing transient trends, and drive performance to exceed budgeted occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals. This position plays a key leadership role in aligning revenue strategies with operations to deliver exceptional financial results for these two premier coastal resorts.
