About the Job

 

IT Infrastructure and Information Security (IF&IS) has started a global transformation program aimed at enhancing the IF&IS organization, leveraging simplification, quality and services harmonization. This program focuses on redefining global service offerings, transitioning from local solutions to efficient and standardized Global Shared Services (GSS), and strengthening the overall capabilities and operational efficiency of the organization, while ensuring overall adherence to the IF&IS targets in terms of savings and footprint.

As part of the IF&IS Transformation Steering team, you will ensure coordination and oversight across all IF&IS areas involved in the global transformation, tracking and overseeing cross-functional technical initiatives, monitoring costs and relevant KPI, and ensuring stakeholders alignment and financial reporting accuracy.

 

What you do

 

• Engage and align with relevant stakeholders and dedicated contacts across the IF&IS organization.
• Monitor implementation of the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and sound cost-benefits oversight.
• Provide transparent progress reports and risk mitigation strategies to leadership, tracking transformation interdependencies, financial KPIs and forecasting impacts.
• Collaborate with leadership in developing strategic measures and initiatives.
• Support the cultural change to foster collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.

 

What you bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in international teams and coordinating with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Proven experience in tracking projects or portfolio KPIs, business analysis, and progresses/forecast reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination, thanks to mature communication skills.
• Analytical and financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Self-motivation, strong professional ethics and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
