Senior Human Resources Generalist

SCS Engineers is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to be located in our Long Beach headquarters in a hybrid role (2 days/week minimum in office), where you’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to drive impactful employee relations and deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions. Supporting teams across multiple time zones, this role requires alignment with a Central Time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT) and offers the opportunity to influence key HR initiatives, coach leaders, and enhance the overall employee experience while collaborating across the broader HR team.
