The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate and interact with patients of all ages; assess or treat as needed.

  • Document all interactions with patients/customers in their records.

  • Listen to and resolve complaints; escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Equipment & Patient Support

  • Prepare and set up equipment according to prescribed therapy.

  • Answer inquiries and follow up with patients regarding technical issues.

Patient Assessment & Care
Perform ongoing assessments, including:

  • Physical

  • Psychosocial

  • Functional

  • Activity assessments

Develop, revise, and maintain basic patient care plans based on:

  • Physician orders

  • Assessment findings

  • Identified patient needs, goals, and interventions

Monitoring & Education

  • Monitor patient response to care/services and track outcomes.

  • Educate patients and end users on:

    • Equipment operation

    • Warranty

    • Safety practices

  • Provide demonstrations.

  • Encourage therapy adherence and proper equipment usage.

Operations & Administration

  • Promote safe and effective patient and workplace environments.

  • Collect and process patient payments.

  • Complete all required documentation:

    • Delivery, pickup, exchange

    • Repair/replacement forms

    • Additional required paperwork

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of in-person customer service experience.

Computer Skills
Intermediate proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Access

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • MS Project

  • Visio

  • Word

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)

Mathematical Skills
Intermediate level proficiency with the ability to:

  • Understand

  • Interpret

  • Develop spreadsheet data

Physical Demands
The physical requirements include:

  • Frequent sitting and use of hands (handling, typing, etc.)

  • Occasional standing and walking

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
