Job Description
What do we expect you to bring?
Graduated from undergraduate or postgraduate programs of universities, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Administrative Sciences,
Minimum 3 years of professional experience and knowledge within the insurance sector or related industries,
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English,
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, with a superior command of MS Excel,
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and evaluation capabilities,
A firm believer in the value of collaboration with excellent communication skills,
High curiosity, with a strong drive for continuous learning and development,
Technical knowledge in SAS, SQL, or Python is highly preferred,
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
Managing the auto insurance product portfolios of corporate fleet clients within an agile work environment,
Analyzing competitor products and market strategies to propose actionable insights, and executing these actions collectively as a team,
Managing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all responsible processes,
Analyzing required product/system enhancements and executing comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT),
Conducting necessary audits and controls to ensure the accurate and complete implementation of business rules across all workflows,
Executing end-to-end reporting and data analysis activities.
