Job Description
Position Summary
The Project Manager leads A&I projects from kickoff to closeout—owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communication. The role coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, OT/Cyber, and vendors to deliver safe, quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and budgets; manage changes, risks, and issues.
Run internal/externals status meetings; communicate progress, action items, and decisions.
Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services.
Manage subcontracts, procurement, and invoicing milestones; ensure documentation and closeout.
Track KPIs (OTD, margin, cash flow) and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
7+ years of project management in utilities/industrial automation; multi‑discipline coordination experience.
Proficiency with scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), financial tracking, and contract/change management.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; PMP preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed.
