¡Hola! We're looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our front of house team at Restaurant Sanchez. At Sanchez a captain is a person that is in charge of the experience of our guests from finish to end.

Restaurant Sanchez is the culinary hub of Sanchez, a group of contemporary Mexican restaurants founded by chef Rosio Sanchez. We're Michelin Bib Gourmand and serious about the guest experience — from the first hello to the last bite.

You will be... Delivering exceptional service from arrival to farewell, holding yourself and those around you to a high standard. Guiding guests through our menu and beverage program with real confidence and genuine enthusiasm. Supporting floor flow, section coordination, and smooth service execution. Stepping up during busy service and setting the tone for the team around you. Upholding our hygiene, aesthetic, and operational standards at all times.

You are probably... An experienced hospitality professional with at least 1 year in a waiter or captain role. Knowledgeable about wine and spirits. Deeply curious about Mexican food, culture, and what makes a great guest experience. Calm under pressure and sharp in a fast-paced service environment. Someone who takes ownership of their section and cares about the details without being precious about them. Someone who loves hospitality, not just sees it as a job.
