Initiate, design, and manage physical infrastructure programs for MARCUS projects, focusing on capacity augments in live data center environments.
Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria for complex APAC-wide programs.
Resolve strategic execution blockers in live-traffic environments, including material shortages and resource constraints across cross-functional teams. Develop cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed SOWs.
Create multi-perspective program documentation for senior executives. Measure and publish program metrics to drive decision-making and implement process enhancements for the broader organization.
Travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily to Google’s data centers and remote infrastructure sites across the APAC region.
