- Aerodynamic Analysis: Conduct aerodynamic analyses of unmanned helicopter designs using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and wind tunnel testing to assess performance under various flight conditions.
- Design Optimization: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and refine helicopter designs that optimize aerodynamic efficiency, stability, and control.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance metrics, such as lift, drag, and maneuverability, and provide recommendations for design improvements based on analytical findings.
- Model Development: Create and maintain aerodynamic models for simulation and analysis, ensuring they accurately represent the helicopter's performance characteristics.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on aerodynamic analyses, including findings, recommendations, and technical specifications for internal and regulatory review.
- Collaboration: Work with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural engineers, control engineers, and system designers, to ensure integrated performance of the unmanned helicopter systems.
