As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard at all times. You will lead by example, demonstrate strong operational discipline, and take a proactive approach to day-to-day retail management.
This role is a key support to the Venue Manager and plays an integral part in driving team performance, maintaining retail standards, and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with suppliers
- Drive sales and meet KPI's
- Strong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & Wine
- Handling all Hotel and Bottle shop ordering, deliveries and stock management
- Have a friendly and approachable manner
- Lead & coach your team
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Ensure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measures
- Work with the Venue Manager to cross-train team members
- Confident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotions
