Open Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position offers a unique opportunity, a less conventional work schedule, and the ability to work with a supportive team. Within the assigned dormitory and during active programming hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM), this position is responsible for providing supervision, safety, and security for adjudicated male youth ages 12-21 in a juvenile correctional setting. Duties include offering guidance, mentorship, and support; implementing appropriate correction and behavioral interventions; teaching and modeling positive skills; and coordinating daily services and activities to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
