Product Manager - Laser Software/Hardware

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager who is responsible for their product category business, including strategy, P&L, roadmap, and pricing. This person will combine experience in software development, ERP integration, laser technology and user experience (UX) design. They will work closely with engineering, operations, strategic sourcing, channel management, and marketing to define, develop, implement, and maintain the value proposition around the product line, incorporating product lifecycle management and marketing requirements to meet customer expectations. This person will conduct VOC and market research to build a strategic roadmap that will ensure product relevance, innovative advancements, and meet revenue goals. They will work with research and development (internal or external teams) to define, build, and launch new products, having a direct impact on Brady’s global portfolio of industrial marking products, working with teams across engineering, product management, and customer support.
