Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships

The OneLegacy Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships (PMHP) is responsible to represent OneLegacy in assigned hospitals and partners with all hospitals within the designated service area (DSA) to maximize the potential for organ and tissue donation. The PMHP maintains the hospital’s outcome data and communicates all data and missed donation opportunities for quality improvement to the appropriate hospital team members(s). The PMHP partners with key administration and hospital team members to develop policies and procedures, implements strategies to increase referrals and improve performance outcomes in organ and tissue donation in assigned hospital(s).
