Assembler Supervisor

The Assembler Supervisor Hot Runner Expert is responsible for overseeing the assembly, setup, and quality assurance of Hot Runner systems. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering drawings, HR assembly processes, and hot runner systems. The Lead will act as a subject matter expert, provide technical guidance to team members, coordinate workflow, and ensure production goals and quality standards are met. This individual will be hands-on and play a key role in training, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement across the department.
