Global Director Industrial, Gas, Turbine (IGT)

The IGT Sales Director will lead Barnes Aerospace’s commercial strategy and execution across the industrial gas turbine market, spanning OEM, Tier 1/2, and aftermarket/MRO customers. This leader is responsible for setting the go-to-market plan, building customer pipelines, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering profitable growth across new production and repair/overhaul services. The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure customer commitments are met and growth is sustainable.
