Crew Leader

HB NEXT (www.hbnext.com) is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Leader in the Jacksonville area. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, high growth company in a key role.
 
What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Erosion Control Installation (ECI) crews in the field
• Ensure quality work, safety, and productivity across job sites
• Communicate daily goals, job expectations, and schedules to crews
• Coordinate daily work orders and review completed work with management
• Work with Operations and Area Managers to maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• Manage and coordinate rental equipment as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting project timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading and motivating crews
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive leadership mindset
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
