Business Operations Analyst 1

The group you’ll be a part of

You will support the China Operations team in daily operational execution, focusing on LSP CADO and timecard monitoring, data analysis, and reporting. This role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely operational support.

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage LSP CADO activities and ensure alignment with operational requirements
• Perform timecard tracking and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Support data analysis and reporting for China Operations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Ops, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks for the China Ops team as needed
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or coordination roles
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI preferred)
• Good understanding of operational processes and data management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams and regions
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with LSP systems, SAP CADO, or workforce/timecard management tools
• Experience supporting operations in a multinational environment

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
