Job Summary:  The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a strategic, onsite partner to Pipeline Health (PLH) operations, acting as a collaborative liaison between HR and site leadership. By fostering a deep understanding of business objectives, the HRM will enhance departmental performance and guide employees, ensuring high-quality, consistent HR support. This position is vital for cultivating a dynamic, caring culture, upholding PLH values, and requires frequent travel to manage HR operations across multiple facilities.
